Product contents are subject to availability and may vary. If a specific item is unavailable, a comparable substitute of equal or greater value will be provided.
Digital products are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with a digital product, contact us within 7 days and we will provide a replacement or alternative resolution.
Physical products may be refunded if returned unused and unopened within 7 days of delivery. Return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility. Customised or perishable items (food products) are non-refundable.
