What's inside — a genuine preview, not a teaser:
  1. Your layover maths is wrong by three hours. Usable city time = layover minus three. Under five hours, stay in Changi. Over seven, the city is yours.
  2. The tissue packet is law. A packet on a hawker table means the seat is taken. Never move one; deploy your own before you queue.
  3. Read the radar, never the forecast. "90% chance of storms" is true daily and useless. Storms are compact and pass within the hour — swap the day's order, never cancel it.
  4. Your bank card is the train ticket. Tap contactless at the MRT gates. No tourist pass, no top-up card, fares cap themselves.
  5. …and six more, including the heat schedule that turns one exhausting day into two good ones.

Why it's free, honestly

Because prepared visitors have better trips, because the guide travels further than any advertising I could buy, and because a few of the people who read it later want a plan built around their own dates. That's the whole business model — no list-building, no funnel, no automated sequence. If the ten rules are all you ever need from this site, that's a good outcome.

What happens after you ask: you get the guide, and nothing else unless you ask. No newsletter, no drip campaign, no third-party email platform — your address is used only to reply to you. If you do have a question later, the same person who wrote the guide is the one who answers.

Questions people ask first

Is it really free?

Yes — no mailing list to join, no follow-up sequence. Ask by WhatsApp or email and the PDF comes straight back.

Do I have to use WhatsApp?

No. WhatsApp is fastest and leaves you with a local's number saved for your trip, but email works exactly as well — one click sends a pre-written request and the guide comes back by reply.

Will I be added to a mailing list?

No. There is no automated sequence, no newsletter subscription and no third-party email platform. Your address is only ever used to reply to you.

Is the guide available in Chinese?

Yes — a full Simplified Chinese edition (《新加坡内行人的10条》) is available on request, written natively rather than translated. Ask for the Chinese version and it comes back instead of, or alongside, the English one.

When ten rules aren't enough

The rest is openly priced in the Shop — trip planning, layover plans, relocation advice and senior-care coordination — and 375+ free guides live in the Singapore Info section.
